Limos4 Germany GmbH i.G. is a German limited company that belongs to the Swiss brand Limos4 that operates in over 70 countries around the world. As such, Limos4 Germany GmbH i.G. has acquired certain intangible assets from the insolvency estate of United Limousines AG. This acquisition constitutes a purchase of specific assets only and does not constitute a merger, consolidation, corporate succession, assumption of liabilities, continuation of United Limousines AG business, or a successor relationship of any kind.
Limos4 Germany GmbH is an entirely independent legal entity which did not assume United Limousines AG corporate identity, legal obligations, or contractual commitments, is not liable for any debts, liabilities, claims, or obligations of United Limousines AG. Any contracts or agreements concluded between Limos4 Germany GmbH and third parties (including former customers, suppliers, or counterparties of United Limousines AG) constitute entirely new and independent contractual relationships and ARE NOT not renewals, extensions, or continuations of any prior contracts with United Limousines AG.
If you have any questions, claims, or matters relating to services that were provided to you by United Limousines AG before 1 December 2025, these must be directed to the insolvency administrator who has been appointed to handle the insolvency proceedings. The insolvency case file number is 8 IN 776/25. Limos4 Germany GmbH is not in a position to assist with any matters relating to services provided before 1 December 2025, and all such enquiries must be directed to the insolvency administrator.
