D\u00e9termin\u00e9 et r\u00e9glement\u00e9 par notre Protocole d’assurance qualit\u00e9, tous nos fournisseurs doivent subir une proc\u00e9dure de v\u00e9rification \u00e9tendue et \u00e9labor\u00e9e.<\/p>

L’objectif principal du processus est la normalisation, la surveillance continue du service et, en fin de compte, l’\u00e9valuation permanente des performances de nos fournisseurs.<\/p>

Une fois que la normalisation est \u00e9tablie lors des phases de v\u00e9rification et d’embarquement comme conditions pr\u00e9alables \u00e0 toute coop\u00e9ration ult\u00e9rieure avec Limos4, l’\u00e9valuation du fournisseur commence par les phases d’audit et d’\u00e9valuation.<\/p>

<\/p>

La phase d’\u00e9valuation comprend des audits fr\u00e9quents sur place effectu\u00e9s par notre gestionnaire d’affiliation et des actions de suivi constantes effectu\u00e9es par l’\u00e9quipe de Limos4.<\/p>

<\/p>

Pour \u00e9viter une \u00e9valuation subjective et irr\u00e9aliste, nous avons fait appel \u00e0 la science afin que les aspects pertinents de la performance du fournisseur soient mesur\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision, not\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision et inscrits dans la fiche d’\u00e9valuation du fournisseur.<\/p>

<\/p>

La fiche de pointage d’\u00e9valuation contient les cat\u00e9gories de performance pertinentes qui sont not\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, de 1 \u00e0 5, puis multipli\u00e9es par un facteur de pond\u00e9ration qui d\u00e9termine l’importance de chaque cat\u00e9gorie, car elles ne sont pas toutes d’une importance \u00e9gale.<\/p>

Le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de toutes les cat\u00e9gories et sous-cat\u00e9gories donne un score final (0-100), mais pas seulement cela. Il souligne aussi toutes les forces et faiblesses d’un fournisseur sp\u00e9cifique, d\u00e9coup\u00e9es dans les moindres d\u00e9tails.<\/p>

La phase d’\u00e9valuation des fournisseurs dure ind\u00e9finiment et mesure la r\u00e9activit\u00e9, la conformit\u00e9, la souplesse, le nombre et la nature des plaintes et le rendement des chauffeurs par des audits de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9currents.<\/p>

Limos4 est responsable de suivre les changements positifs ou n\u00e9gatifs dans l’une des cat\u00e9gories et de r\u00e9agir en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>
